RETURN POLICY

You deserve to reinvent and reboot your life on your terms. Sheila Mac or her team and programs offers you consulting and products that help you through the journey from life’s events or rock bottoms and back to empowerment. We only ask that you promise to open the materials and invest time in your journey,  attend online or the live event or participate in the consulting programs.  If you simply commit to doing those items, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE POSITIVE CHANGES and the OUTCOMES you desire. So, make a commitment to beautiful authentic you, to maximize how you show up, using your unique talents and gifts, what you put in is what will show up in your business, career and personal life. We know you can enjoy success. Sheila knows you can enjoy even more success, happiness and peace when you choose to reboot and redesign your life on your terms.

  1. PRODUCTS,GOODS AND SERVICES

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)

If returning an item, please contact boots@sheilamac.com within the stated return period, we will provide you instructions for returning your product(s).

You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are not refundable, and your refund will be on the product cost only. Please add tracking insurance to your packages.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For our international customers you are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you returned a digital or physical product, please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund on all online and digital products.  If received on or before the 30th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 31st day of purchase, no refund will be returned.

COURSES

You have 8-days from the date of purchase to request a refund on all online and digital products.  If received on or before the 8th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 9th day of purchase, no refund will be returned.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. If the request is received on or before the 30th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the you will receive a full refund; otherwise no refund will be issued. You are to cover return shipping on orders within the United States.

SHEILA MAC REBOOT FOUNDATION

Donations of books or courses to the Sheila Mac Reboot Foundation (501C3) are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
